Marlborough School seeks an innovative, engaged, highly organized individual to be an important member of the Marlborough Summer team. This full-time exempt position reports directly to the Director of Marlborough Summer and Enrichment Programs.

In partnership with the Director, the Associate Director helps plan and coordinate year-round programming, including the continued building of a strong summer program and the coordination of enrichment programming during the academic year. This position is also involved in the seasonal staff hiring process, including position development, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Plan and coordinate year-round programming, including summer and enrichment programs.
  • Develop and implement position descriptions, recruitment strategies, and hiring processes for seasonal staff.
  • Collaborate with the Director to build a strong summer program and coordinate enrichment programming during the academic year.
  • Provide dedicated mentorship and support to students and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote academic excellence and joyful learning.
