The Teaching Fellows Program at Cincinnati Country Day School seeks dynamic, aspiring, or early-career educators to join our community. As a Teaching Fellow, you will be part of a cohort of passionate and knowledgeable educators interested in launching their careers at a leading independent school.
Fellows are welcomed into a rich, robust learning and teaching environment designed for ambitious and creative educators to inspire curious, high-achieving students. You will be paired with experienced teachers, who serve as mentors and gradually provide opportunities for you to lead the learning in the classroom.
Fellows are expected to coach and/or lead co-curricular activities. Cincinnati Country Day School’s Teaching Fellows Program affords aspiring teachers the space and place to learn their craft while contributing to a thriving learning environment at a premier educational institution.
The Teaching Fellow position is a one-year commitment. Employment will begin on August 12, 2026.
