Rye Country Day School is seeking Lower School Associate Teachers beginning in August, 2026. The Associate Teacher program is designed to give beginning teachers an apprenticeship opportunity for two years in a classroom with a Lead Teacher while concurrently earning a Masters degree.
In addition to a teaching salary and full benefits, Rye Country Day School will pay the full tuition cost of graduate school for Associate Teachers while they are employed at the school, for two years. Associate Teachers are expected to maintain appropriate grades and to complete their degree within two years.
