Work at Hanamaru Udon, a self-service udon restaurant in Okayama Minami-ku.
Responsibilities cover both kitchen duties such as boiling udon, making onigiri, and preparing tempura, as well as front-of-house tasks including cashier and table setting.
Full training and a step-by-step training guide are provided, so no prior restaurant experience is needed.
