Lead Product Designer (UX Research & Design Systems)

This is a Full Remote job, available from Argentina.

We are looking for a UX Lead to join a regional technology company that develops digital products used by thousands of corporate users.

The position will have a key role in the evolution of design practice, leading UX Research, Design Systems, and defining experience standards for complex B2B products.

We are looking for someone with a strategic vision and execution capacity, who enjoys combining leadership with hands-on work and wants to generate direct impact on the evolution of products used by large-scale organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led the definition and evolution of user experience strategy.
• Understood deeply the needs of users, clients, and stakeholders.
• Designed and executed UX Research activities to validate hypotheses and product decisions.
• Defined design principles and best practices to ensure consistent and scalable experiences.
• Built, maintained, and evolved Design Systems.
• Designed complex flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-complexity experiences.
• Collaborated closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams.

• Strong leadership and strategic vision.
• Ability to combine leadership with hands-on work.
• Experience in UX Research and Design Systems.
• Deep understanding of user needs and stakeholders.
• Strong design skills and experience with complex products.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
