Position Summary
We are seeking an Upper School English teacher to join our academic community and cultivate students’ intellectual curiosity and love for learning through meaningful relationships. We are seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered educator who is passionate about inspiring students to engage with a range of literary texts, and committed to fostering their critical thinking, reading, and writing skills. The successful candidate will teach grades 9 and 10 and must have an affection for students in this age group, an understanding of their needs and energy, and a willingness to work collaboratively with employees, administration, and parents.
The recent addition of The Studios – three academic and creative spaces offering virtual reality, podcasting, and XR film technology – make this an exciting time to join our humanities faculty.
