Indian Mountain School (IMS) is seeking a dynamic, student-centered educator to serve as its Grades 7–9 Science Teacher. This position calls for a collaborative teacher who understands the developmental needs of early adolescents and is committed to inspiring curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of scientific inquiry.
The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging, hands-on science instruction that challenges students to think deeply, ask meaningful questions, and connect scientific concepts to the world around them. At IMS, science is not simply a body of content to be covered; it is an active process of discovery. Students learn to design investigations, analyze data, collaborate effectively, and communicate their findings with clarity and confidence.
